The website provides information, booking, product order requests, and contact channels for Mone Beauty Clinic. Content is informational and does not replace personal consultation with a qualified professional.
Appointments are subject to clinic confirmation and availability. The cancellation and rescheduling policy published on this page applies to all appointments.
Online-store purchases are charged securely through Stripe. Physical goods are collected from the clinic or delivered within Finland; digital voucher codes are delivered by email after confirmed payment. Appointment bookings are paid at the clinic and are never charged through Stripe.
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information. Internal admin and staff areas are restricted to authorized users only.
The clinic may update these terms as services, legal requirements, or website features change.
Cancellation policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the booked time.
For cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance but before the appointment date, we charge 50% of the service price.
For same-day cancellations or rescheduling, and for no-shows, we charge 100% of the service price.
